Hill Training & Speed Work

Calling all GP Run/Walk Club members!  Whether you’re participating in spring training or just want to come out for some group runs, we have some sessions planned:

Hill Training

Tuesday April 18, 25, and May 2.  5:30 pm.  Meet at Thrill Hill on 102 Street and 90th ave.

Speed Work

Tuesday May 9 and 16 at St. Joe’s track.
